Immerse yourself in the history of the Cuban cigars and the exquisite art of making and smoking them.
From the library Rubén Martínez Villena (Biblioteca Provincial de La Habana), in “La Plaza de Armas”, we will visit the Museum of Tobacco, a famous Cuban museum, where you´ll discover a wondrous exhibition of tobacco types, brands and the origins of this timeworn practice.
The tour will continue to a “Casa del Habano”, where an experienced tobacco roller will explain the productions process and demonstrate how cigars are made (completely by hand). You will also have an opportunity to enjoy a tasting of the three products Cuba is most known for worldwide: coffee, rum and cigars.
You’ll also meet (in “La Triada”) one of the greatest Cuban tobacco rollers who holds the Record Guinness for making the largest cigar in the world… take a photo with a 90 meter cigar!!
